In addition, went out to meet local authorities, County Voluntary Services, town and local Councils and a range of community groups across North Wales to hear about their priorities and how we can develop relationships to work together more effectively.
On-street survey events
We also conducted on-street survey events in Bangor, Llandudno, Rhyl and Wrexham in late July and early August 2015. The aim was to speak to a broad cross section of people about how they access health and care services and what is important to them. Surveys were conducted outside supermarkets and on High Streets and a total of 306 surveys were complete.
Listening into action
There are a number of ways you can feed back to us your experiences or views. These include patient comments and suggestions cards, telling a member of staff, or writing to us.
Your feedback to date has helped us to form a picture of what matters to our population across North Wales. It has been considered very carefully and is linked into our thinking regarding the development of our Living Healthier, Staying Well strategy for the future of health services.
